Led Halton Group's global IoT platform development with full accountability for budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and delivery execution. Built and led a multidisciplinary engineering organization, providing architectural direction and technical governance across internal teams and external delivery partners. Scaled the IoT ecosystem to process ~186B data points annually and enabled thousands of secure remote service connections for global operations teams. Served as the primary interface between engineering and executive leadership, translating platform strategy and investment priorities into business impact.

Architected and implemented Halton's global IoT platform, taking ownership of system architecture, core technology selection, and scalability design. Developed an IoT gateway enabling protocol translation between building automation systems and Azure cloud services, including secure remote diagnostics and PLC programming capabilities. Established the architectural foundation for a platform that now processes ~186 billion data points annually.
